Kelowna Yoga Hub welcomes expecting mothers to join this Prenatal Yoga, Fitness, and Maternity Support Series. We’ll explore a variety of topics surrounding pregnancy, labor, and motherhood – with the guidance of maternity specialists – along with yoga classes and 1 fitness class led by a personal trainer.
We invite you to ask questions and share experiences. Sessions will be guided by yoga teacher (and new mom) Stephanie Mathura and/or maternity specialists (see below for details).
We’ll find our space on the mat to engage in movements and poses that help support your growing baby and prepare you for labor. This series is suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
