15 Minutes - Prenatal Yoga with Light Weights
As our body changes through pregnancy and we prepare for labour and carrying our newborns, it's important to still focus on a bit of weight training. This 15-minute prenatal yoga class incorporates light weights so that the exercises are still safe for pregnancy. If you've never done any weight training before, start off light (2-3 lbs weights) and work your way up as you get stronger in the upper body, arms, and shoulders. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, stop, take a break, change exercises, or decrease the amount of weight.
