Post labor is both an amazing and a challenging time. This being you spent 9 months imagining what they look like is now out in the world. But they are still very much a part of you. And it can often feel like your body is still not just your own. Whether you're 5 days or 5 weeks post labor, when you feel you're ready to get back on the mat to stretch and reconnect with your body, join me for 15 minutes of gentle yoga. This class is all about moving the body and reconnecting with your current self.
